ZeinAn

The ZeinAn creative lounge · Cyprus

The multisensory experience room.

A space where creativity is free. Guests are immersed in every material they need to imagine, feel and shape a product, a treatment or a guest experience — together.

The experience begins the moment you cross the threshold. Mediterranean light, a quiet scent in the air, the touch of stone, linen and wood under your hands: before a single idea is spoken, the senses are already at work. Here there are no slides and no catalogues to flip through — only things to smell, touch, taste, hear and see.

Spa directors, hotel directors, doctors, food and beverage teams, wellness decision makers and creatives sit at the same table. Each brings their own world; the room gives them a shared language. A fragrance accord becomes a welcome ritual, a marble tile inspires a texture, a single botanical ingredient grows into a complete treatment journey.

Our team guides every session at your rhythm — exploring, testing in the internal lab, feeling a treatment in the multisensory spa — until intuition turns into a bespoke creation. You leave not with a brief, but with a memory: the first living expression of a signature that will exist nowhere else.

Scent · Memory · Identity

Amber scent vials, botanical ingredients and fragrance blotters on a copper tray

The perfume library

A collection of scents and accords to smell, compare and combine — a place to find the olfactory signature of a brand, a hotel or a ritual before a single formula is written.

Explore the brightness of citrus, the quiet depth of woods and the softness of floral notes. A bespoke scent begins with the atmosphere you want to create and the memory you want a guest to carry away; references are compared and refined into a personal olfactory brief.

Within the Kition Longevity Concept, scent becomes a thread of continuity: a familiar note that gives a daily ritual its own sense of place.

02

Matter · Craft · Character

Colour, paper, textile, marble and wood samples arranged as a moodboard on a stone table

The material bank

A moodboard gathered in one place: colours, papers, textiles, marbles and woods, so a direction can be seen and touched rather than described.

Palette, pattern and surface are chosen together — the grain of a paper beside the vein of a marble, the weave of a textile against the warmth of a wood. These encounters shape a coherent material palette for a brand, a treatment setting or bespoke wellness furniture, with personalisation expressed through texture as much as colour.

Cypriot copper and Mediterranean craft offer a cultural starting point. Longevity here is an intention to create objects with enduring meaning, not a claim about a material’s lifespan.

03

Touch · Gesture · Feeling

Open ceramic dishes of oils, balms, butters and powders beside solid cosmetic bars

The texture collection

Balms, butters, powders, oils and solid formats to feel on the skin side by side — the sensory vocabulary that turns a brief into a precise feeling.

Discuss richness, glide, absorption and the finish you would like a formula to leave. Comparing references gives a shared language to an otherwise personal sensation, helping a brand or spa define the character of its bespoke product before development choices are made.

A thoughtful texture invites attention to the gesture of care. In our longevity philosophy, the value lies in the ritual and its place in everyday life, rather than a promise of biological change.

04

Origin · Knowledge · Purpose

Botanical reference book with jars of olive leaves, myrtle, rose petals and carob

The scientific ingredient dictionary

A reference to explore ingredients, their origin and their role in a formula, connecting Mediterranean heritage with clear, documented ingredient information.

Discover the stories of olive, myrtle, rose and other Mediterranean ingredients alongside questions about their cosmetic function, sourcing and suitability. Cultural inspiration and scientific evidence remain distinct: a tradition can inform a creative direction, while technical choices require the relevant documentation and review.

Personalisation starts with informed questions. The dictionary helps translate a preferred ingredient story into a development brief without treating historic use as proof of safety or efficacy.

05

Form · Detail · Signature

Unbranded glass bottles, ceramic jars, copper closures and blush paper samples

The packaging world

Bottles, jars, closures, papers and finishes to explore how a product will look, open and be held — shaping the object as carefully as the formula inside.

Build a distinctive visual and tactile signature through silhouette, colour, surface and the smallest finishing detail. Samples make it possible to compare the experience of opening a jar, holding a bottle or presenting a collection in a guest room; compatibility and practical requirements are reviewed as the project develops.

Bespoke packaging gives a ritual its physical expression. Refill ideas and material choices can be explored where appropriate, with feasibility assessed for the specific product rather than assumed.

06

Explore · Refine · Develop

The internal lab

Close to the lounge, the internal lab lets ideas move quickly from conversation to first trials, so creative choices can be explored in real samples.

The creative brief becomes a starting point for small-scale exploration: a texture reference, a scent direction or a preferred format. Samples support a conversation about what to retain, adjust or reconsider, bringing personalisation into the development process rather than leaving it only to the final presentation.

A first sample is a beginning, not a finished product. Required testing, safety assessment and regulatory review remain separate steps before a formula can be approved for its intended use.

07

Presence · Rhythm · Ritual

Illustrative Mediterranean treatment room with a linen-covered bed, copper basin and soft daylight

The multisensory spa & longevity treatment room

A treatment room to experience products as guests will: touch, scent, warmth, light and sound together, in the spirit of the Kition Longevity Concept.

Consider how the elements of a guest experience relate: the feel of the treatment bed, the rhythm of a gesture, a chosen scent and the atmosphere of the room. Spa directors, doctors and hospitality decision makers can bring their perspectives to a bespoke ritual, shaped around the identity of their destination and the needs of its guests.

Inspired by Kition’s themes of balance, renewal and Mediterranean ritual, longevity is approached as a culture of considered care. This creative setting does not imply clinical treatment or a proven health outcome.
